About the Company
Contour Form Products Inc. is
a leading pioneer in the development of high quality heat formed back
supports. It was founded in 1978 by an orthopedic surgeon, a physical
therapist and a surgical technician. They were seeking a better way to
provide back supports in a busy clinic. The goal was to be able to fit
the patient at the time he was seen by the doctor as part of his
treatment plan. They wanted the support fitted correctly and without
delay. The original model proved highly effective and lead to the
development a line of industrial work belts, wrist and elbow splints.
Rather than just make braces, we strive to provide solutions to joint
support problems. Our binders are made in the USA using a craftsman
style manufacturing process where the seamstress completes the entire
binder and takes pride in her work
